Office Pranks, Office Humor, and Office Stories - One Crazy Office

          It has been a few days since I have posted about what is going on around this place I like to call hell. :) A few weeks ago I got in trouble for going to a supervisor and talking to him about one of my problems. I went to this guy because he told me his door was always open and if I needed anything to feel free to confide in him. I should of taken this as a hint that he was lieing through his teeth.
           But with my trusting nature I go up there to tell him my problem. He tells me don't worry about it and nothing bad will happen. This is my second clue that I am in for an ass chewing. But I still go about my day thinking everything is lovely. Late in the day my direct supervisor gets a call on the radio to give this guy a call. For some reason I had a feeling it was about me.
             About 30 minutes later my direct boss walks in and tells me we need to talk. I said Ah Damn I already know what I did wrong. And of course I got was read the riot act and told me never to talk to this person again, but it is what it is. I learned a very valuable lesson though. No one cares about your problems and people lie through their teeth in business. LOL Also always use your chain of command. I did mess up there. I guess I am lucky I still have a job though with the economy the way it is.
           Anyways a few weeks have gone by and that certain supervisor is still trying to come in and act like nothing happened and trying to act like my best friend. Mixed messages are the best!
            My advice to everyone though if you don't already know is keep your head down until the time is absolutley right.It's never fun to get chewed out, but it always teaches you something. Whether you did something wrong or you learn something about someone that you didn't know before.
