Quick Hits for 09/22-09/26

Monday- Had the pleasure of dealing with 50 new hires this morning. That as of right now I am still not done with. They just keep popping in right when I think I am done. Other than that my supervisor is going nuts because they are giving him more duties and we are one guard short because he waited till the last second to take care of a ticket so now he had to leave.

I don't see a problem that guard is the laziest person I ever met anyways :)

Tuesday- Something funny happened if you like "that's what she said jokes." OK here it is. We had this new guard training and it was a girl which is odd for security, but it does happen. Anyways they guard who was training gets on the radio where over 30 people can here him and says. " I am almost done with her...Give me another 10 minutes and I'll be done."

Laughter ensued

Wednesday- Had the pleasure of being in a server room all day long having to babysit techs working on this unit. When I over heard them saying that this one part was not broken. Which happen to be the one they were called in to look at and replace. The real problem was a leak somewhere else. I called and told the facilities manager about and he didn't care told me not to worry about it. WOW that thing that they are going to replace is more than I make in a year and they don't even need to replace it and they don't care. Maybe I should ask for a raise hmm...

Thursday- Had to listen to this one guard on how much of a ladies man he is. Other than that it has been a real slow week so far.

Friday- Actually met a celebrity at work today. More on that later. Apparently he had a relative that works there. It was very cool. Here is a hint. He plays a character on the show Bones.
